Mitchell Design and Construct have negotiated with the owner occupier Manuplastics to build for them a bespoke production warehouse in this prime location within south London. The development comprised of two storey offices to the front, high bay racking warehouse, production hall and various tool shops. The building frame was designed to carry a full sprinkler system and also two 5ton over head Street cranes. The production hall is ledgless as a client requirement with significant air handling due to the heat emmissions from the process. The scheme was built ahead of programme and on budget with early release of the production hall to allow the client to start production asap.

The building totals approximately 35,000sqft and the programme was 45 weeks.
