Mitchell Design and Construct won this competitive tender to build a new retail warehouse for Oaklake Properties Ltd. The building is 35,000sqft and subdivided into 3 units. There are two proposed tenants in current discussions with our client Symths Toys and Argos.

The programme was 34 weeks and built on time and to budget.
