Mitchell Design and Construct won this competitive tender to build a retail unit for the above developer. Originally the scheme was to incorporate a creche but this will be phased in at a later date. The retail building is to be split into two units. One is a pre let to KFC the second is vacant.

The contract period was 20 weeks.
