Mitchell Design and Construct secured this negotiated design and build contract with Adelphi to build for them a two storey office block with a production area at ground floor. This forms phase 1 of a possible 2 phase contract.
The scheme is built on an old remediated gasometer site. As such the scheme was piled and protected from the contaminated sub soils and gases.
The programme was completed ahead of time and on budget.
