MDCL negotiated this contract to rebuild a burnt down terrace of two industrial units. MDCL were tasked with undertaking the full design and build and submitting the planning application. Planning was secured and the contract and price negotiated with the Loss Adjuster. A new 11m high subdivided warehouse with fully fitted offices and canteen were constructed with remedial repairs to the party wall with the adjoining owners unit.
