MDCL secured this negotiated contract to build a state of the art brewing facility and winery for the Squerreys Estate and their tenant The Westerham Brewery. The site bearing capability was improved with vibro consolidation stone columns. The developers shell was built as the main contract with two separate contracts for each occupiers bespoke fit out. The scheme was completed to budget and ahead of program, ready for the first brew to start!
