MDCL secured planning for this client’s scheme in Staplecross, Kent. The contract to build was negotiated and the job was completed on budget and ahead of program. The building comprised of piled foundations with 3 storey of offices and a crane bay warehouse with high bay racking. MDCL provided the full turn key package. From planning through to construction and ultimately handing a completed building over.
