MDCL negotiated this design and build scheme with Hamdongate the client and funder. The proposed tenant Abbott had very specific requirements of the fit out. This combined offices with laboratories, clean down areas, gymnasium, restaurant and heated warehouse. The scheme was finished on time and budget for the tenant to occupy immediately.
