MDCL negotiated this scheme with an existing client to whom we had built for previously. Scotco were the proposed tenant with the KFC brand. MDCL completed the build to a very high standard and finished 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Scotco complemented us on the high standard of finish, something they have not seen in along time.
