MDCL secured this tendered contract to build an Aldi food store with an adjacent Costa Coffee and Greggs for their client Tarncourt Ambit. MDCL undertook the demolition enabling works prior to the main contract works commencing. The design of the sub structure is interesting in so far that a large raft is having to be constructed due to the nature of the underlying soils. The scheme was finished successfully and the tenants are now operating from their respective units.
