MDCL have negotiated with Gallery Direct Ltd to construct their new 12m high 3,758sqm extension. MDCL secured planning for the scheme. Construction started and was completed ready for early occupation. The site required ground improvement in the form of vibro consolidated stone columns below the foundations and slab. The contract also incorporated the installation of a new 2,087sqm mezzanine into their existing building. Again this was released early for the client to stock.
