MDCL secured this tendered contract to build two new industrial buildings, sub divided into 5 self-contained units with fully fitted offices. The site is a historical landfill and as such has its own complexities. This includes a methane issue that will need to be dealt with and ground remediation to include rigid inclusion piles. The scheme is due for completion December 2024.
