MDCL secured this tendered contract to build two new industrial buildings, sub divided into 5 self-contained units with fully fitted offices. The site is a historical landfill and as such has its own complexities. This included a methane issue that was dealt with via positive air pressure introduced below the ground floor slabs. The scheme was completed in December 2024.
