MDCL won this competitive tender to build a new office complex in Dartford, Kent. The office was located on spare land adjacent to a lake, requiring a fully engineered bridge to gain access over an Environment Agency swale. The scheme was piled and fully suspended. MDCL undertook the full fit out including the mechanical, electrical and finishes.
