MDCL secured this negotiated building contract to construct one building comprising of three retail units on an old disused petrol station. The contract was quite complex as the building lies next to a river and as such the building had to have a floodable basement. The building itself will sit on CFA Piles.
One unit was let to Majestic Wine for whom MDC did the base fit out and the other went to Bathstore.
