The ground was poor and required improvement before any construction could commence. The offices were fully fitted ready for the in going tenant.

Lidl Food Store, Home Bargains and Greggs, Edenbridge, Kent

Client: Ramac Property Holdings Size: 3,000sqm Program: 44 weeks MDCL negotiated this new multi let retail park with Ramac Properties. The scheme involved demolition of the existing sheds, ground anchors to an existing sheet piled wall and a large cut and fill exercise. Prelets to Lidl, Home Bargains and Greggs were secured.

Client: Granite Properties Ltd Size: 3,417sqm Program: 40 weeks MDCL won this competitive tender to build a new multi let retail park for Granite Properties. The scheme involved a large amount of soil moving and engineering.  Pre lets to B&M, Pets at Home and Costa Coffee were in place at the time of construction.
