We secured this negotiated design and build contract for a Premier Inn brand hotel and public house adjacent to the ferry terminal in Dover, Kent. The scheme involved the demolition of a seven storey block of flats. The ground floor was traditional block construction with timber frame above. The bathrooms were prefabricated pods, craned into position.
