MDCL helped our client secure planning for this new distribution premises in Staplecross, Kent. The contract was negotiated and formed part of a large estate which we were also involved in developing. The site was lifted above the flood zone and vibro-consolidation was used to strengthen the upper strata. The front entrance has a unique design with a curved glazed wall. Both internally and externally of this glazed wall are specimen trees, reflecting the clients core business.
