MDCL negotiated this Deign and Build scheme with the client and assisted in securing planning. The building has a large canopy to the front elevation of the warehouse to allow the fleet of distribution vans to be loaded in the dry. MDCL completed the build to a very high standard and finished ahead of program allowing the client early access into the warehouse.
