MDCL won this competitive tender to build 3 new retail outlets for St Faiths in Dartford, Kent. The scheme involved the striping and part demolition of an existing unit, extending and recladding, and a new build unit stand alone for Halfords. The substructure was piled with steel cased bottom driven piles. The two other tenants were ATS and F1 Autocare.
