MDCL won this competitive tender to build 3 new retail outlets for Oaklake Properties in Rayleigh, Essex. The scheme comprised the demolition of the old Ford dealership and construction of new retail parade. The units were offered as shells to Smyths Toys and Argos, however MDCL were retained to undertake some fitout for the tenants.
