MDCL won this competitive tender to build 5,109sqm in two buildings at Questor Industrial Estate, Dartford. The buildings provide 5 units with three having fully fitted offices at first floor. The build included ground obstruction removal, restructuring a water course and culverts, ground improvement to the building foot prints and a drainage system that floods in the event of a 1 in 100 year storm. All units were pre-let to one occupier at PC and MDCL undertook an extensive fit out contract for the in going tenant.
